J & M Catering began in 1988, founded by Mark with a simple but powerful vision: to build a strong family business that could stand the test of time. From the beginning, the goal was to create a firm foundation—one that would naturally be passed from generation to generation.
More than three decades later, that vision has become reality. Today, the business is carried forward by his sons, Josh and Micah, continuing the family tradition with pride, passion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
